We don't really do marketing. Apparently this is the marketing page, so here is the honest explanation of what we do instead.
Free means free
Saphira is not “free until you want the useful bit”. There is no intention to create Saphira Community, followed by Saphira Professional, followed by Saphira Enterprise Ultimate Dragon Platinum Edition, where the command somebody wanted lives behind a licence server.
We can earn money through legitimate services such as managing infrastructure, implementation, support and related professional work. We do not have to cripple the software to manufacture a reason for somebody to pay us.
